I love the process of diving head first into new, complex topics and learning new things along the way of creating logos and visual branding. This design for a computational biomedicine group at the University of Innsbruck was the perfect opportunity to challenge my analytical skills.
In the process, I created a logo that combines the field of biomedicine (hexagon — a symbol for biomedicine), the physical lab space (isometric view of a cube), and the computational aspect (fluid connections). Inspired by computational biomedicine, it merges a technological edge with clean, easy-to-read design while feeling forward-thinking.
